Hi Dan, Thanks for sharing and I love your apps it's a big help. Well few weeks ago we closed a contract
to clean a preschool so we bid according to the time specified and with their budget as well, but unfortunately it turns out that the cleaning takes more than 2 hrs each night, so we were underbid and losing a lot. what would be the best advice that you can give? and how will I inform our client that we will increase the price? Thank you and looking forward to hear from you.

Hi Anne, first, thanks for your kind words; glad you find our software/apps helpful.
Next, without all the details, I don't feel comfortable giving you specific advice, but, I can share a few things to consider:
It's also generally a good idea to admit a mistake or miscalculation as soon as possible, explain what led to the miscalculation and
offer an alternative plan for correcting the situation and minimizing the cost and inconvenience.
Sometimes you can change cleaning methods to save time and make things work financially, other times not
Sometimes the prospect will be understanding and open to the new, revised plan, sometimes they won't.
But either way, you will know you are trying to admit your mistake and do the right thing both ethically and financially.
Hang in there - these situations are tough, but I hope things work out favorably for you and your prospective customer. Dan
