This is got to be one of your best video's along with your earlier video's back in 2010 & 2011. Your right when you say as a young business owner long ago, what would you say to yourself if you know the business in the long term. You nailed the point about the business, so true

We'll that same question should be for people wanting to start a janitorial business today, that same question. That is what are they up against in the todays cleaning business than yesterdays cleaning business 20 years.

For starting a business, new owners need to know the facts. 1) Low price wars, 2) illegal immigration competition, 3) quality control demands for low price, workers demand for high wages, 3) overtime to business owners, 4) no holiday time off, 5) 6 to 7 days a week work schedule (yes business owners), 6) no such thing as price increases, 7) workmens comp pricing, 8) way more owner responsibility, 9) No vacations and etc.
