Sure all sounds good but if you dealing with unfair competition offering prices that don't met legal profits hurting other cleaning companies, another goal is to discuss matters with the legislature to find ways to get cleaning on board on stating a janitorial state license or something.
Goals are great but what's better is getting cleaning companies working together to weed out the dirty cleaning companies hiring illegal immigrants etc dirty tactics they do for example.
