Good thinking Dan, yes its hard to do but answering and returning all calls on current clients except for jobs your don't want. Covid-19 will definitely will change the way cleaning will be, there will be more business and more demands from customers. Its a good thing even though the lock down was not good on the economy, we continued to work regardless here in California. Thanks why we will continue to support president Trump to save our industry and to protect our business from illegal immigrants trying to under cut what we do. California continues to be unfair to the janitorial industry as our governor is all about open borders allowing illegal immigrants to start companies without licenses, insurance etc to under people like me in this business for 38 years. Clients matter but dirt cheap clients we simply have to walk away from.

Thanks for the video Dan. I was just sitting here thinking about how I almost did not respond to an email from a client who wants me to lower my price. The request made me want to ignore them for a bit longer, but I didn't. So your video was confirmation that I did the right thing. I appreciate you and your team.
