Dan, I know this sales tactic from cleaners who pass out business cards in the middle of the night, companies who follow them to their cleaning accounts and they try solicitation by going back a month or so later and doing it again and again till the customer calls the other cleaning service. The trap is they offer cleaning service so low to the floor but they add free paper, liners etc in the price that the profit chart is less than 1% and 60% or so percent less than the current cleaning company. They try to make a cleaning proposal look they'll save so much in a year that changing is best for saving money and we can do it all trick.
It's a rotten cleaning scam, you end up with illegal immigrants most likely and a business that pays nothing from workmens comp, general liability and doesn't advertise anywhere but passing out bogus cleaning cards under peoples doors for a trap.
