CleanGuru Disinfecting Service Proposal

Equipment Greenbranch Cleaning LLC will furnish all necessary disinfecting equipment inclusive of but not limited to: chemical/product delivery system, such as hand/backpack sprayer, electrostatic sprayer or fogger; as well as microfiber cloths. Greenbranch Cleaning LLC will comply with current OSHA regulations and proven procedures pertaining to all disinfecting work performed at the customer's location. Insurance Greenbranch Cleaning LLC will furnish all forms of insurance required by law and shall maintain the same in force. Comprehensive General Liability Property Damage Workers' Compensation Employee Status Personnel supplied by Greenbranch Cleaning LLC are deemed employees of Greenbranch Cleaning LLC and will not for any purpose be considered employees or agents of the customer. Term This professional disinfecting service proposal shall be valid for a period of 45 days provided there are no changes to the nature, details or scope of work required. Cancellation This agreement may be terminated or canceled a minimum of 3 days in advance of the scheduled date for the work to be performed, with written notice from either party.
