Professional Disinfecting Service Proposal General Greenbranch Cleaning LLC agrees to provide all labor, supervision, material, supplies and equipment necessary to assure performance of specified disinfecting service for the customer. This shall include all services described in the written specifications attached. Compensation Professional Disinfecting Service Using Electrostatic Sprayer: $ 995 /visit Special Services Carpet cleaning is available - Price quoted upon request Service Schedule Disinfecting services described in this program will be performed as shown in Work Specifications. Tasks described in the attached specifications will be scheduled for, and performed at, mutually agreed upon date(s) and time(s) yet to be determined. Invoicing Invoicing will be itemized according to the disinfecting service described in the attached Work Specifications. Invoicing will be detailed and submitted promptly to coincide with the completion of all, or part, of the disinfecting services. Due to the labor intensive nature of disinfecting services and its associated payroll requirements, our payment policy is net 10 days. Supervision Delivering professional disinfecting services relies heavily on the contractor's ability to consistently provide properly trained management personnel. At Greenbranch Cleaning LLC, necessary personnel and supervision will be furnished to ensure the quality of our disinfecting services.
